Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

ALL No-shows for in-studio appointments will be charged a $50 no-show fee. Cancellations for in-studio appointments less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of $50.

A new booking is required for another appointment, we encourage rescheduling to avoid the fee. 

Refund policy:

**Please note that numerous factors can lead to poor image quality such as fetal position, position of the placenta, tissue density, percentage of body fat, amniotic fluid surrounding the baby, as well as the number of weeks into your pregnancy.
