Appointments are limited and subject to availability. 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

All In-home Concierge Services are subject to a $150 non-refundable deposit to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
Cancellations less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of your reserved appointment.

ALL No-shows for in-studio appointments will be charged a $50 no-show fee. Cancellations for in-studio appointments less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of $50.

A new booking is required for another appointment. We encourage rescheduling your reservation to avoid the fee. 

Refund policy:

Please note that numerous factors can lead to poor image quality such as fetal position, position of the placenta, tissue density, percentage of body fat, amniotic fluid surrounding the baby, as well as the number of weeks into your pregnancy.
